These Terms of Service govern access to hushsquish.com and purchases from HushSquish. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean HushSquish. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
1. Business identity
hushsquish.com is an online store operated under the HushSquish brand. We do not run a walk-in retail location. Order and support communication takes place by email and through Contact Us.
2. Using the store
You must be legally able to enter into the purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
3. Accounts and contact details
Account, billing and contact information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or activity.
Do not provide another person’s personal or payment information without authorization. Order and account communications are sent using the contact details supplied to the store.
4. Products and handmade variations
Product listings describe the available items, options and pack contents. HushSquish offers handmade squishy toys and separate DIY craft fillers; fillers are not finished squishy toys.
Screen settings and lighting can affect product appearance. Slight variations in color, filling and decoration placement are natural in handmade items. Arrival damage or an incorrect item is handled under the Refund & Return Policy.
5. Age guidance and product care
Products are not edible and may contain small parts. They are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Follow any higher age guidance and the care instructions shown for the individual item. Adult supervision is recommended for younger users.
6. Orders and availability
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. Review the items, quantities and delivery details before submission. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error occurs. Any payment taken for the canceled order will be refunded.
Order changes and cancellations are subject to the purchase policies below. A request should be sent promptly so we can determine the order’s fulfillment status.
7. Prices, payments and promotions
Prices are in US dollars. The checkout summary displays applicable discounts, shipping and other checkout charges before payment. The payment methods available for the order are displayed at checkout and are governed by our Payment Policy.
Conditions stated with a promotion apply to that offer. If the offer and checkout are inconsistent, contact us before submitting payment.
8. Preparation and shipping
Orders take 2–4 business days to prepare. Standard shipping to supported US destinations takes an estimated 7–12 business days after shipment. Weekends and US public holidays are excluded.
Orders below $39.90 have a $7.99 shipping charge; orders of $39.90 and above ship free. Labels may be printed before packing, so a label-created status does not confirm dispatch. Our Shipping Policy explains the delivery area, tracking and delayed parcels and forms part of these terms.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel before dispatch. To return an unused item in its original packaging, request the return within 7 days of delivery. Opened, squeezed or used items, normal wear and damage through improper handling are not eligible for an unused-item return.
If an item arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. For the wrong item, tell us what you received so we can help.
The Refund & Return Policy explains return instructions, shipping costs, replacements and refund timing. That policy forms part of these terms. Specific purchase-policy provisions apply to the issue they cover, without removing any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy and customer messages
Personal information supplied through the store or in customer communications is handled under our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of photos and other material supplied to explain a support request, and you grant us permission to use that material for the purpose of reviewing and resolving it.
11. Website content and acceptable use
HushSquish’s original photographs, text, branding and designs are protected content. Reuse requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
You may not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, make fraudulent purchases, scrape the store for a competing service, or collect another customer’s personal information without authorization.
12. Third-party services
The store uses independent payment and delivery services. Their terms and privacy notices may apply when you use those services directly. This does not exclude responsibilities that cannot be limited by law.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties that the store will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of inaccuracies. This does not affect any product warranty or consumer guarantee that applies by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HushSquish is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the products or website. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
16. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. The terms in effect when an order was placed govern that order.
17. Severability and no waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
